| Diner Clerk Part-time Location: Evening and Weekend Shifts Summary Join a company that continues to expand the food services aspect from within our convenience store, to include restaurant style food and dining. We search for Diner Clerks that have a natural customer service friendly mindset. A Diner Clerk represents the Company each and every time they interact with a customer. That's why it's so important to smile, greet and thank each and every customer. The environment is fast paced and high energy. The role will require to multitasking while helping customers. The responsibilities of a store clerk include: greeting customers, taking orders, operating the register, maintaining diner cleanliness, bagging to-go orders and other job duties as necessary We encourage you to become part of a large team with a common goal of helping our customers. Job Duties Interact with customers with a positive attitude Take orders Bag To-go orders Maintain cleanliness of diner Operating cash register Greet customers Assist customers Other duties as assigned Communicate effectively with co-workers. Education and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must obtain/maintain alcohol license. Work Requirements Excellent customer service skills. Strong time management skills. Very organized and detail oriented. Very good communication Solid and consistent work history Stand for long periods of time throughout shift Physically capable of fulfilling all requirements, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. | ||
